The <br />site plan indicates a property line running east to west and p:u�allel to the northern most <br />exterior wall of that building This includes openings whi;;h appears to be less than thc <br />allowed distance to a property line. Table 5-A of th:, State IIuilding Code requires <br />openings within this occupancy (S-1) to be protecter# within 20 feet of a property line <br />and are not allowed less than five feet from a propc�rty line. <br />The Declaration of Covenants and Restric!ions for the development dces provide <br />limita6ons for development of the propert�� to the north of this wall which is adequate <br />to mitigate this requirement. However, ine duration of the restrictions is limited to 50 <br />years, which is not sufficient.
