Please note that we have amended the CC&R's ( see Paragraph <br />"Agreement 2") to reflect that they will last in perpetuity as you requested in your September 5, <br />1997, letter. <br />If this amendment meets with your approval, please fonvard a note to me permitting our openings <br />in the NE corner of our project. <br />Call with questions.
