PURPOS& i nis report has been prepared to camply with Washington Depactment of <br />Fish and Wildlite letter dated May 14, 1996 regarding the project's Hydtaulic Project <br />Application. This report describes the drainage systeni which meets WA D F& W <br />stormwater runoff control and water quality tmatment requirements. <br />3. PROJECT S!TE - The project is located at 215 S. W. Evereu Mall Way, Everott Sheet <br />Cl 1 shows the pmsent general site anangement <br />' ' 4. EJ{ISTINC+ L.AND USE - The existing site is presendy undeveloped with some shiuba <br />and ground cover. The site has been investigated for wetlands and a report dated was filed <br />wsth the City. No signiGcant wedands are on the site. <br />� 5. PROPOSFD DEVEC.OPMENT - The proposed development of tl�e site will be a <br />8,800 sf building adjoining the e�cisting swct�ue to the east plus parking and work area. <br />, 6. EXISTING STORM DRAINAGE SYSTEM The exisdng property has no existing <br />drainage systcm except for a french drain on the castern portion of the building site <br />I presendy tlowing to 100th Ave. The catch basin located in the southem portion of the <br />}mddng area has a imockout available for dcainage piping from this properry. This <br />, knockout has required by the City during the original construction of the Everett Honda <br />Store in 1987. <br />'_ 7. TOPOGRAPHY - Sheet Gi shows contours of the existing site. The site generally <br />slopes from the northwest to the southeast <br />� 8. DESIGN STORM - The project site is located at latitude 47 54' 34", longitude 12213' <br />� 24". The design rainfall quantities for a 24 hour storm have been obtained from NOAA <br />ATLAS 2, yolume IX. The rainfall for the 2 year storm is 1.9", 10 ye�r storm 2.1" and <br />� 100 yeaz sw�Yn 3.5". Copies of the data aze in Appendix A. Drainage calcula6ons were <br />developed using ffie computer program WaterWorksTM by Engenious Systems, Inc. <br />! 9. DFSIGN CRITFRIA - The system has been designed to meet the City of EvereU and <br />� the Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife criteria which ever is more <br />stringent The wet pund criteria is based upon the City's criteria wlule the detention <br />� criteria meets WA F&W criteria.
