SCOPE OF WORK <br />Work to be performed at: <br />Goodwill <br />228 SW Everett Mall Way <br />Everett, WA 98204 <br />"The IVorthwest Flat and Low Slopc Specialists" <br />Diamond Roofing, Inc. (DRI) hereby agrees to furnish materials and perform necessary la6or to: <br />✓ <br />✓ <br />✓ <br />✓ <br />✓ <br />✓ <br />Remove existing failed black TPO roofing material on entire surface of roof and haul away. <br />Existing TPO material has to be removed due to water-damaged flat rigid insulation board <br />under failed black TPO roQfing material. Flat insulation board is water-damaged due to <br />years of slow leaking due to cracks and breaches through iailed TPO roofing material. <br />DRI will remove and haul away all existing metal plates and screws. <br />DRI will remove insulation board on entire surface of roof that is not bowed (water- <br />damaged) and set aside for re-installation.DRl will haul away all water-damaged/moldy <br />insulation board. <br />DRI will replace all metal fluted panels that are not structural sound due to advanced rust- <br />through with like new fluted metal panels.DRl will treat all mold/mildew with bl�;ach <br />solution. <br />DRI will install new Sarnavap self-adhering vapor barrier over entire surtace of roof deck. <br />DRI wili install additional flat rigid polyisocyanurate insulation board on top of existing rigid <br />insulation board in order to meeF current insulation code required by City of Everett. Seam <br />pattern of new insulation board will offset seam pattern of existing rigid insulation board. <br />New insulation board will be anchored to fluted metal substrate with #15 Sarnafil metal <br />screws and Sarnafil metal insulation plates. <br />DRI will meet with city inspectors as required throughout entire process. <br />�� <br />
