WDF Control ti 00-59504- <br />01, WRIA 08.0070 <br />Dear Mr. Coiner: <br />Per our conversation today, I understand that site constraints <br />limit the size of the grassy swale that can be constructed at <br />this site. You have proposed making the swale two feet wide by <br />130 feet long, which is one foot wider and 20 feet longer than <br />originally designed. The increase in size and width does bring <br />the proposed Swale to within an acceptable level of biofiltration <br />capacity, as required in provision V . <br />Sincerely, <br />Richard E.
