Everett Mall Way <br />Plan Check No: B-37575 <br />Dear Mr. Shim: <br />In msponse to your application for a construction Fermit, your plans have been examined and <br />you are advised that the issuance of a permit is being withheld for the reasons listed below. <br />These comments address buIIding issues only, additional revisions or additions may be <br />required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br />1988 Uniform BuIlding Code and/or Washington State Energy Code unless sta,ed otherwise. <br />Provide a detail of an engineered anchorage system capable of tieing the structure to <br />the ground under 80 MPH exposure B wind condiflons. <br />2. Indicate window and door he«der sizes. <br />3.
