Architect's stamp. All projects of 4,000 square feet or more than 4 dwelling <br />units require the plans to be prepared by an architect currently licensed to practice <br />in the state of Washington (RCW +1.8.08) - Please note that an engineer's stamp <br />` does not eliminate this requirement. <br />v B. Floor plan with complete dimensions (indicate entire building showing all exit <br />doors, stairs, corridors, etc.). <br />C. Building section with veitical dimensions indicating location of tenant <br />/ improvement, other to ants and building construction. <br />�/ D. Wall sections indicating proposed constntction and assembly rating as required <br />/ for occupancy separation, area separation or building construction. <br />V E. Stair or ramp plans (114" = 11-01, minimum scale) and sections. <br />F. Toilet room plans (1/4" = 11-01, minimum scale) and interior elevations indicate <br />wall and floor finishes, fixture dimensions, handicap accessories (if required) and <br />toilet accessories. <br />G. Door schedule (indicate frame and door rating, type of lock or latch and signage <br />if required). <br />H. Lighting plan and energy budget calculations (indicate wattage of all fixtures, <br />include exterior building mounted lighting if added or revised). This must be <br />provided at the time of building permit application. <br />I. Energy calculations (any exterior wall or roof of existing buildings must be <br />insulated when the framing cavity is exposed when remodeling.. Cavity must be <br />insulated to the maximum depth possible or to the depth indicated by energy <br />calculations). <br />J. Structural drawings and calculations (only required if altering existing structure <br />or adding new load -beating structure). <br />K.
