Please submit two sets of revisions to the <br />drawings. Upon resubmission of the drawings, e-mailed revisions are acceptable, plan review will resume and <br />your application will be given priority. <br />All required submittals must be of sufficient detail and information to ensure that the proposed structure will <br />be constructed in compliance with all adopted codes. To expedite approval, a professional engineer could <br />review and stamp the structural support attachments notes and details. <br />Structural <br />1. There are four different options listed for the support of the sign. The notes for sign attachments <br />should be soecific with the type and depth of the attachment required to resist forces from wind, <br />gravity and seismic loading, selected for the type of wall that they sign is being attached to, per IBC <br />1603.1. <br />These comments address building issues only. Revisions or additions may be required by other departments <br />(Utilities, Public Works, or Planning). Code references cited include the 2012 International Building Code <br />(IBC), 2009 International Fire Code (IFC), the 2012 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC), and the ICC/ANSI <br />A117.1-2003 Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities. All codes referenced, as adopted by the City of <br />Everett, should include current revisions by the State of Washington. Note that federal laws may be more <br />restrictive.
