A <br />copy of the sketch, showing the approved work, is enclosed. <br />All work must conform to this sketch. <br />We are also enclosing a cop) of our rules and regulations govern- <br />ing work on City Streets. Please notify us when you start this <br />work as we must inspect the work before concrete is poured. <br />This permit is valid for a period of 60 days.
