Upon submission of two sets of inechanical drawings <br /> reflecting the information requestPd, your application will be given priority and plan review will resume. <br /> 7his information was also noted in the first corrections letter sent by e-mail on May 8, 2012. I have included <br /> some examples of the type of inechanical drawings that are required for a mechanical permit for rooftop units, <br /> at your request. <br /> Mechanical <br /> 1 All submittals should include (as applicable) the following on the mechanical drawinqs: <br /> a. Locations and legend references for all new mechanical units. <br /> b. Cubic feet of air per minute (CFM) at each air diffuser, return air register; exhaust and trensfer <br /> grill; size of ducts and outiets; equipment schedule of brand names, fuel type, model numbers, <br /> input and output capaciry, tons of cooling, efficiency ratings, CFM capacity, motor efficier.cies, <br /> and unit��eights; and locations of smoke and fire dampers. <br /> c. Combustion air source, size and !ocations, if aoplicable. <br /> d. Make-up air system required to meet IMC, WSEC requirements. <br /> e. Roof parepet and screening, where applicable or required. An economizer is required for the new mechanical air I•iandling units, unless documentation is provided <br /> otherwise indicating conformance with WSEC section 1424 Economizers. <br /> Applicable codes include the 2009 international Building Code, the 2009 International Fire Code, the 2009 <br /> International Mechanical Cude, and the 2009 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC). All codes referenced, as <br /> adooted by the City of Everett, should include current revisions by the State of VJashington. Revisions or <br /> additions may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Flanning, or Fire).
