Prioc to any constcuction, wock oe any othec activity by the <br /> Grantor on the easement, a notification and plans for the same shall be <br /> submitted in wciting to the City by the Grantor and no such construction, <br /> � <br /> wo�k oc activity by the Grantoc shall be commenced without the City's prioc <br /> w[itten approval; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, Any changes oc cevisions in the plans <br /> shall also be subject to the City's pcior approval. The City's ceview oE <br /> the Grantoc 's plans undec this easement shall not be deemed to impose any <br /> duty or obligation on the City to determine the adequacy or sufficiency oE <br /> the Granto[ 's plans and designs nor whel•her the Grantor's constcuction, wock <br /> or activity is in conformance with othee applicable plans, codes and � <br /> re9ulations. eurthec, approval by the city to sueh construction, wock or <br /> activity shall not in any mannec be consideced as imposing any obli9ation, <br /> duty oe liability upon the City as to the safety oe propeiety oE such <br /> construction, work oc activity. <br /> 3. The Gcantor hereby authorizes the City to cut, tcim and cemove <br /> any and all brush, trees, other ve�etation or deb[is upon the easement and I <br /> the eight of access for such purposes. G�antoc also authorizes the City to <br /> cut, tcim and remove any and all brush, t[ees, other vegetation and debris <br /> on G�antoc 's property which, in the City's reasonable judgment, constitutes <br /> a hazard to the easement and the right of access foc such pucposes. <br /> 4.
