We would also appreciate it if your ofFice could locate the existing water service tordering the parcel along Highiaay 99 which you noted yesterday. I will try to contact Garth Snively of your office todav in regards to this matter. It may be necessary to have a copy of your standard sanitary sewer easement forms if �ae decide to outlet down 7th Avenue, as we also briefly reviewed at our meeting. Please enclose a copy with youi- return letter. I am sending Larry Grawrord of the City of Eve~ett a copy of this letter and hereby request that he review the agreement also.
