Specifically, a plan for str2et improvement to the Evergreen Way Standard was siibmitted to the city on February 6th of. this year. Subsequent short discussions were held on the progress of the review. The potential formatio . of an LID aias underway as caell as private improvement by the Soutn Point project. It was, and continues to be, our intent to have the improvement of our frontage constructed in conjunction with the South Point project by the same contractor. In inquiring as to the status of city approval on the submitted plan, it appears it has been misplaced or discarded. A duplicate copy was provided recently. We are now being told that the project has not been reviewed and cannot now take place due to the formation of the LID. Somethir_g is just not right, as the submittal was made at least tnree months prior to the newly disclosed cutoff date of June 1st. Had we been aware of such a deadline, you can be assured that earlier action would ttave been exercised.
