Since I also will not be availaUle, I <br /> would like to ask your help in expediting approval of our oifice <br /> frontage improvement project. <br /> The plans were submitted to Public Works in February, however, <br /> apparently little, if any, progress was made. We have p].anned to <br /> jointly participate with the South Point project under the same <br /> contract. The South Point plans were approved yesterda��. An <br /> inquiry by our office }�esterday as to the approval status of our <br /> plans was met with something less than a definitive response <br /> other than the RID is now in place. <br /> This is very disturbing to say the least. We are tr}'ing to <br /> finalize bid documents for the combined improvement so as to <br /> have the projects completed before inclement_ Wa_ather. sets in, <br /> with construction planned to commence in a few weeks. <br /> I 'n sorry to have to prevail upon your busy schedule, however, <br /> time is of the essence.
