With the additi�n of the following, the plans <br /> are approved: <br /> 1 . Plumbing must meet state and local codes. A reduced pressure backflow prevention device is <br /> required between the copper water pipe and the carbonation device. <br /> 2. The ventilation system shall be installed and operated to meet appiicable building, <br /> mechanical, and fire co�ies. <br /> 3. The Health District operating permit application prucess must be completed prior to <br /> opening for business. <br /> If there are any significant changes or additions to your layout or equipment, the Snohomish <br /> Health District must be notified. <br /> A preoperational inspection is required prior to opening for business. At the time of inspection <br /> the construction of the food service establishment must be complete and all equipment must be <br /> in place. Incomplete construction may result in a $50.00 reinspection fee. Please contact the <br /> Food Program office about one week in advance to schedule an appointment.
