With the addition of the <br /> following items, the plans are appruved. <br /> 1. Your equipment schedule lists a two compartment vegetable sink <br /> (I126) and a reach-in cooler (1129) --- these items do not appear <br /> on your floor plan. Please submit the proposed location of <br /> these pieces of equipment. <br /> 2. All food service equipment shall meet the requirements of the <br /> National Sanitatior. Foundation, N.S.F. , or equivalent. <br /> 3. There shall be no direct connection between the sewerage system <br /> and any drains originating from equipment in which iood, portable <br /> equipment or utensils are placed. <br /> 4. The handwashing sinks throughout shall be provided with hot and <br /> cold water tempered by means of a mixing valve or combination <br /> faucet, hand-cleansing soap and to�aels. <br /> 5. The ventilations system shall be installed and operated to meet <br /> applicable building, mechanical and fire codes. <br /> 6. The toilet room shall Ue enclosed with a tight-fitting, self- <br /> closing solid door. The room shall be mechanically vented to <br /> the outside. <br /> 7. Lockers or suitable facilities shall be provided for the orderly <br /> storage of employee clothing and belongings. <br /> If there are any significant changes or additir,ns to your layout <br /> or equipment, the Snohomish Health District must be notified. <br /> An inspection is required about one week prior to completion of <br /> the work.
