The general contractor is in titipatton with the tenant overihe contrad to perform
the carpentry woAc,which is completed. Actually the tenant completed the woric themselves.
Upon completion of all the work[ceipentry, eledrical, and plumbing]the city issued a temporery Certificate of
Occupancy.
The tenaM would Iike a pertnanent one. Question. Could the city luue a permit to the tenant for the caipentry work,
which could then be flnated and Gosed? Then a CO could be issued.
The last contacl with the peneral contrador was in June when he asked that his permft not be ftnaled. The IRlpation is
over the cost of the Job. He put a Ilen for more money than the contract and now the tenants ha•e flled suft to remove
the Ifen as trivolous.
Thanks, Tim
p "-O `fi1')1l,c.. 1 I-/
I
 j i TL G '1
, T-t s
, Zt1 Ssv C `'°
  . v
