C�mprehensive Plan-Whether the proposed Binding Site Plan, site plan and other required <br /> application information ptoposed for development relates to all elements of the comprehensive <br /> plan. <br /> Eindipp,�: The Everett Comprehen�i�e Plan designates this area as 4.4, Miaed Use <br /> ` Commercial - Multiple Family. The Comprehensive Plan contains policies for Mixed Use <br /> Corridors which provide for high land use intensities along the Evergreen Wxy (Highway 99) <br /> corridor. In the mixed use commercial-multiple family corridors, businesses should be oriented <br /> to the shopping and service needs of the Everett community and surrounding areas of <br /> Snohomish County. In addition new development and re-development is encouraged to include <br /> housing and other supportive services and uses. Zoning standards have been adopted which <br /> implement the policies of the Everett Comprchensive Plan.
