<br /> screens, awnings, storni doors,windows and sash; ali carpeting, undarpadding, floor

<br /> shrubbery xnd plants. All such items shall be deemed part of the Realty and not severable
<br /> wholly or in part without material injury to the freehold;
<br /> (e) All of the rents,revenues,issues,profits and income of the Realty and I
<br /> Improvements,and all present and future leases and other agreements for the occupancy or
<br /> use of all or any part of the Realty or Jmprovements, including without limitation all cash or !
<br /> security deposits,advance rentals and deposits or paymrnts of similar nature,and all
<br /> guarantees of tenants'or occupants'performance undcr such leases and agreements;
<br /> (� All tangible personal property("Personal Property") used or useful in
<br /> connection with the ownership, development,operation or maintenance of the Realry or the
<br /> Improvements,including without limitation all fumiture, fumishings,equipment, and
<br /> supplies;
<br /> (g) All intangible personal property used in connection with or related in any
<br /> way to the ownership,development, operation or maintenance of the Realty,Improvements,
<br /> or Personal Property,including without limitation,all permits, ]icenses and franchises,the
<br /> exclusive right to use ot any trade names,all contract rights(including without limitation
<br /> architecturdl,engineering,consulting, and management contracu),all accounts, accounts
<br /> receivable, escrow accounts,reserves and reserve accounts,insuranco policies,deposits,
<br /> inslnunents,chattel paper,docutnents of title,general intangibles,and business books and
<br /> records, and all claims and causes uf action related in any way to the Realty,Improvements
<br /> or Personal Property incl:�d�r.E rights and claims under az!y insurance policy;
<br /> (h1 All materials, supplies,and other goods,wherever located,whether in the
<br /> possession of Burrower,wazehousemen,bailees, or any other person,purchased tor use in or
<br /> related in any way to any construction or remodeling or fumishing of the Improvements,
<br /> together with all documents, contract rights, and general intangibles relating thereto;
<br /> (i) All site plans,plats, architectural plans,specificarions,working drawings,
<br /> surveys,engincering reports,test borings,market surveys, and other v!�ork products relating
<br /> to the Realty or Improvements;
<br /> (j) Any contracts for or in connection with any construction on or services to be
<br /> performed in connec:ion with the Realry or any Improvemenu,together with all
<br /> performance,paymPnt,completion or other surery bonds issued in connection with or,
<br /> related to such contracts, insofaz as the same may be transfencd by Borrower without breach
<br /> of any such bond; and
<br /> (k) All addition�to,replacements of substitutions for,products of,proceais and
<br /> all proceeds of such pceceeds(including but not]imited to goods,accounts,general
<br /> intangibles,chattcl paper, documents,inshuments, maney and tne proceeds thereo� of any
