None of the Improvcments shall be structurally altered, <br /> removed or demoIished,in whole or ia part,wilhout Lender's prior written consent,nor sha11 <br /> any fixNre or chattel covered by this Decd of Trust and adapted to the use and enjoyment of <br /> the Property be removad at any time without such consent unless actually replaced by an <br /> article of equal suitability which is owned by Bocrower&ee and clear of any lien or security <br /> interest. <br /> (c) R;Qht oP �.n rv.
