<br /> secu�ty detwsits,advance rentals and deposits or payments of similar nahue,and sll
<br /> guanu�tees of tenants'or occupants'performance under such leases�nd agneanents;
<br /> (� All tangible pecsonal properiy("Personal Property )used or usefiil in
<br /> connection with the ownership, development,operation or maintenance of the Realty or the
<br /> Improvements, including without limitation all fumiture,fumishings,equipment, and
<br /> supplies;

<br /> way to the ownersh;p,development,operation or maintenance of the Realty,Improvements,
<br /> or Personal Properiy, including without limitation,all permits, licenses and franehises,the
<br /> exclusive right to use of any trade names,all contract rights(including without limitation
<br /> architectu.-al, engineering,consulting, and management contracts),all accounts, accounts
<br /> receivable,escrow accounts,reserves and raserve accounts,insurance policies,deposits,
<br /> instruments,chattel paper,documents of title,general intangibles,and business books and
<br /> records, and all claims and causes of action related in any way to the Realty,lmprovements
<br /> or Personal Property including rights and claims under any insurance policy;
<br /> (h) All materials,supplies, and othet goods,wherever located,whether in the
<br /> possession of Borrower,warehousemen,bailces,or any olher person,purchased for use in or
<br /> related in any way to any construction or remodeling or fumishing of the Improvements,
<br /> together with all documents,contract rights, and generel intangibles relating thereto;
<br /> (i) All site plans,plats,architectural plans, specifications,wotking drawings,
<br /> surveys,engineering reports,test borings,market surveys,and other work products relating
<br /> to the Realty or Improvements;
<br /> (j) Any conh�acts for or in cormeclion with any conshvction on or services to be
<br /> perfornted in connection with the Realty or any Improvements,together with all
<br /> performance,payment,completion or othet surety bonds issued in connection with or.
