FiodipQs: The Everen Comprehensive Plan designates t6is area as 4.4, Mixed Use <br /> � Cortuaercial- Multiple Family. The Compcehensive Plan contains policies for Mized Use <br /> Corridors which provide for high land use intensities along the Evergreen Way (Highway 99) <br /> corridor. In the mixed use commercial-multiple family coaidors, businesses should be oriented <br /> ro the shopping and service needs of the Everett communiry and surrounding azeas of <br /> Snohomish County. In addition new development and re-development is encouraged to includo <br /> housing and other supportive services and uses. Zoning standards have been adopted which <br /> impiement the policies of the Everett Comprehensive Plan. The land uses proposed on the site <br /> (motel, car wash, gas stadon and convenience store) are permiaed uses in the Gl zone and are <br /> oriented to the shopping and service needs of the Everett communiry and surrounding <br /> Snohomish Counry area. <br /> Conciusio2: 1'he proposed Binding Siu Plan is consistent with the Everett General Plan. <br /> 2.
