Agency for the instaliadon of underground fuel tanks. The gasoline station facilities must be registered wiP PSAPCA per Regulation 1, Section 6.03. California Air Resources Board (CARB) approved Stage 1 and 2 vapor recovery equipment must be installed per Reguladon II, Section 2.07. The vapor recovery equipment must be perforn�ance tested using CARB approved test methods. A Notice of Construcdon must be obtained prior to installgtion of active decontamination system (equipment), if such a system is required for the gasoline contaminated soil. Once the stadon is in operation, the owncr will need to develop an Operation and Maintenance Plan per Regulation I, Section S.OS(e). Permits will also be required from PSAPCA for removal of any asbestos containing material.
