Agency for the instaliadon of underground fuel tanks. <br /> The gasoline station facilities must be registered wiP PSAPCA per Regulation 1, Section <br /> 6.03. <br /> California Air Resources Board (CARB) approved Stage 1 and 2 vapor recovery equipment <br /> must be installed per Reguladon II, Section 2.07. The vapor recovery equipment must be <br /> perforn�ance tested using CARB approved test methods. <br /> A Notice of Construcdon must be obtained prior to installgtion of active decontamination <br /> system (equipment), if such a system is required for the gasoline contaminated soil. <br /> Once the stadon is in operation, the owncr will need to develop an Operation and <br /> Maintenance Plan per Regulation I, Section S.OS(e). <br /> Permits will also be required from PSAPCA for removal of any asbestos containing <br /> material. <br />
