To d;.te, this permit has not been picked up. We apologize for the oversight if you did not receive proper notification. However, there are condidons that the City's code enforcement department has requested be placcd on the permit. They are as follows: 1. The fill next to the wetland (where y�ur culvert comes out) should be pulled ba�k and graded to a ma�cimum of a 2:1 slope. 2. The wetland area should be cleaned of all debris, i.e. old tires, discarded lumber, concrete blocks, and litter. 3. A restoration plan should be preparetl for a 25 foots buffer from the existing edge of the wetland. The buffer area should be restored/replanted in the autumn. A recent site visit by our staff indica.tes that a substandal amount of vegetation has all ready begun to populate the side slopes and the toe of the fill area. There is some doubt as to whether pulling dirt back and regrading the slope will be beneficial at this time. However, the debris cleanup mentioned as item /t2 should be done as noted. It would also be beneficial if this azea were fenced off to prevent further dumping. It appears as if you have already accomplished this by installation of fencing around the perimeter of the property.
