I was <br /> surprised to see that while your establishment has a 1997 permit as a grocery store, the deli pernut has not <br /> been issued. A deli permit is required to hsindle and prepare food, including hot dogs, in your grocery. As <br /> I looked further in your file I realized that the last year you obtained a deli pernut was 1987. <br /> It is impor,ant that you obtain a "deli in grocery" permit for 1998 if you wish to continue prepare food. <br /> However, as has been noted, your store is not properly equipped to operate a deli. The lack of a Nauonal � <br /> Sanitation Foundation (NSF) approved threc compartment pot sink, with sideboards, and han3 sink for ; <br /> your dishwash azea has been reponed to you since 1985. <br /> Please be advised that this office will be unable to issue a deli pernut for the Olivia Park Market until these � <br /> improvements have been made.It will be necessary that plans be submitted to this office and approved for $ <br /> the installa[ion of sinks, along wi[h necessary wall improvements.
