Permits must be obtained for all fill removed from the site and <br /> y placed within the City limits. It takezs about 35 days (a SEPA <br /> t�H review) to obtain permits for any specif.ic site. There is <br /> $�� currently a lack of adequate permitted fill sites within the <br /> X�w City limits. <br /> 4. A two-year guarantee is required for private retention/detention <br /> �� or other drainage treatment/abatement facilities serving areas <br /> � ' i larger than one acre. <br /> -_ ___. � <br /> � �: 5. The premises must be clearly identified by address at the street <br /> entry. <br /> 6. All required access roads and fire hydrants must be in service <br /> prior to commencement of construction. <br /> '�1 7, Any security fence erected around the construction site must be <br /> so located so as to not obstruct any existing hydrant, other fire <br /> psotection Pquipment, or any Fire Department Access. If Fire <br /> ��' Department a:.cess is obstructed, gates or other openings must be <br /> '�' provided for access. <br /> 1�' 8. The Police Department has the following security recommendations: <br /> � a. The perimeter doors should be solid core or metal wi.th 190 <br /> � 1 degree to 220 degree wide angle viewers and double cylinder <br /> , ' deadbolts. Any exposed hingea should be pinned. Store front <br /> � glass doors need locking casebolts both top and bottom, <br /> � should have a maximum security deadbolt which is described as <br /> � 1 3/4 inch throw, comprised of 3/4 inch laminated stee'_. <br /> �f Metal security bay door siiould be secured with 3/8 inch case <br /> hardened steel hasps or chain and padlocks with 1/2 inch case <br /> f-1 hardened steel shackles. <br /> ��� b. No aindows or few windows, especially ones that open on the <br /> side or rear provides more security to the buildinq. <br /> ' 1 c. Monitored fire and intrusion system zoned for each entity is <br /> ��� recommended. Remote panic buttons and/or foot trip for that <br /> alarm is recommended if there is a customer counter. <br /> 6 <br />
