Based on the County's SEPA <br /> DNS a Building Permit was issued by the City for construction of <br /> ��� the facility based a site plan and landscaping plan on file with <br /> y w � the City. That site plan and landscaping plan provided for <br /> �� certain landscaping areas and materials. Trie project proposed <br /> � under SEPa 144-89 is an expan�ion oi the pt'oject covered by SEPA <br /> o� No. 93-85. The actual <br /> cost shall be computed by the Building Department per the <br /> '�' ordinance in effect at the time and accordinq to the information <br /> providad on the approved plans on the date of permit issuance. <br /> '�1 (SEPA Public Services and Utilities Policies) <br /> ��' 7. The lead aqency for this proposal has determined that it does not <br /> have a probable siqnificant adverse impact on the environment. An <br /> '� Environmental Impact Statement is not required under RCW <br /> '�� 43.21i:.030(2) (c) . This determination assumes compliance with state <br /> �' law and City ordinances related to general environmental protection <br /> including but not limited to right-of-way improvement requirements, <br /> �' drainaqe, etc. This decision was made after review of a completed <br /> � environmental checklist and other information on file with the load <br /> �� agency. This information is available to the public on request. <br /> This Determination of Non-Significance is specifically conditioned on <br /> compliance with the conditions attached hereto which are incorporated <br /> by reference as if fu,lly set forth hercin. <br /> 3 <br />
