These comments address building issues only. Additional revisions or additions <br /> may be required by other departments (such us Utilities, Planning or Fire). This should be noted on the <br /> coversheet. Section 311 <br /> 2. Ar. approved oil-water separator should be provided in [he Service Write-up area <br /> per Section 311.2.3.L The separator should dischar�e into the sewer system. <br /> Note that if an authorized representative frum Pe�i'ormance Nissan writes a <br /> statement that no vehicles will be stored (other than short-term drop-offs) or <br /> repaired within this area, than the oil-water separator may not be required.
