We aze unable to issue the Certificate of Occupancy until all pertnits <br /> associated with the project have received Final approval. Although the Building portion of this <br /> tenant improvement has its Final approval, the Plumbing and Mechanical portions do not. In <br /> addition, the sign permits, while not required for the Certificate of Occupancy, should also <br /> receive final approval. Copies of the Inspection Activity Reports aze enclosed. We would like <br /> the opportunity to do final inspections. Without action on your part these permits will expire and <br /> the file will be sent to microfilm with no documentation of completion and without issuance of <br /> the CeRificate. <br /> Please call our office within the next 10 days to schedule inspection, or if you have questions or <br /> believe our records are in enor.
