""� <br /> gverett, WA 98207 <br /> Re: Building Permit for Commercial Car Salas and Service - Pignataro�s at <br /> .3re Way and 105th <br /> Dear N���� <br /> This letter is in response to a memo we received from Jack Molver of Kegal and <br /> Associates crhich requasted us to comment on the proposad car sales business �ust <br /> south of the City limits on Ever�y-raen Way. <br /> The City is in the process of annexing the proposed pro,ject site along with other <br /> land in the South Point area (see the attached map). The annexation has beea <br /> approved by City Council, and a public hearing xill ba held before the Boundary <br /> Review Board on June 11, 7985. We anticipate that the annexation urill be completed <br /> in early July. <br /> The propose3 pro�ect would be located on a ma,jor entrynray corridor to Everett. The <br /> City is coneerned xith the compatibility of tnis proposal with City planned <br /> improvements in the area. An LID is in process for Evergreen Way improvements to <br /> the south City limits including widening the street from 5 to 7 lanes. <br /> We request that the developer be required to build street improvements to City <br /> standards per the Evergreen Way Design Study.
