Said project will require on-site <br /> earthwork involving seven thousand, eight hundre� ninety-one (7891) <br /> cubic yards of material which shall be approved ty issuance of a <br /> separate gcading permit from this agency. <br /> The site is located in the nocthwest quartec of :ection 24, Township <br /> 28, Range 04, EWM; on the west side of SR-99 at the intersection of <br /> SR-99 (Hroadway cut-off/Evetett Mall Way) and Evergreen Way. This <br /> propecty is also identified as Lots 1, 2, and 3-P. of Short Plat File <br /> SP-126-79 (AF #8006090109) and a one hundred twer.ty-five (125) f.00i• <br /> wide strip of unplatted land lying west of the above mentioned short <br /> plat. It is also part of an area currently undergoing annexation <br /> procedures with the City of Everett. <br /> Priot to the issuance of any development permit for this site, the <br /> applicant shall record with the Snohomish County Auditor, a REVISION <br /> TO SP-126-79 and a Boundary Line Adjustment to cceate new property <br /> line boundaries. <br /> LOCATION OF PROPOSAL: 10520 Highway 99 South <br /> Everett, WA 98204 <br /> The issuance of this Determination of Non-Si9nificance should not be <br /> interpceted as acceptance oc approval of the subject proposal as <br /> � presented.
