The contractor, Sheppard & Nelson Electric, that obtained tt�e permit <br /> has informed the City that the;�performed the underground phase of the work, but did not <br /> install the poles or fixtures nor energized the work. <br /> The work completed beyond Sheppard & Nelson's was not inspected and the <br /> qualifications of the contractor verified, as required by state law.
