Detailed drawinqs in accordance with City Desiqn and Construction <br /> Standards shall be submitted to the Public Works Department <br /> showinq site parking layout, landscapinq, utilities, storm drain- <br /> , aqe, temporary construction erosion control, and all required <br /> i improvements in the public riqht-of-way. Public Works <br /> Department approval of these drawinqs is required prior to any <br /> permits being issued. All improvements shall be completed, � <br /> approved, and warranted before the Occupancy Permit is issued. <br /> 2. City streets and alleys are to be kept c;lear of dirt and debris <br /> at all timea during construction. Dust suppression and street <br /> cleaninq must occur as directed by the Public Works insp�ctor. <br /> 3. As-builts of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water systems will <br /> be required to be submitted per City desiqn and constrnction <br /> standar�ls and specifications. <br /> 7. The proposed development is in an area noted in the Snohomish <br /> Connty Public Utility District's current Five Year Construction <br /> Plan as likely to need an additional substation by the year 1990, <br /> but there is currently adequate capacity to serve the <br /> development. For information about the electrical service <br /> requirements for this project, please call the District's <br /> Customer Enqineezinq office at 258-8272. <br /> 8. The premises must be clearly identified at the si:reet for <br /> emerqency vehicle access. Each buildinq must also be identified, <br /> either as �1, ,�2, �3, or A, B, C. <br /> 9. Portable fire protection a minimum UL claseification of 2�-10S.C. <br /> must be provided within 75 feet of travel of all portiona of the <br /> building for each 3,000 sf. <br /> 10. if these structurea are used for high piled combustibie storage, <br /> at any time, it must first comply with the requirements of <br /> Uniform Fire Code Article S1, Hiqh Piled Combustible Storage.
