The <br /> landscaping plan must show location and dimensions of required vegetated swales, <br /> wetponds, detention ponds, rockeries and retaining walis, and grading at 2 foot <br /> intervals. Irrigation systems must be provided in all landscaped areas per Section <br /> 35.130 of the Zoning Code. A 2 year maintenance assurance device must be <br /> provided for the landscaping per Section 35.130B of the Zoning Code. <br /> 9, The Uniform Fire Code requires that all new structures shall provide Fire Department <br /> access roads to witl�in I50 feet of all portions of the ground floor. Fire Department <br /> access roads (Fire Lanes) shall provide a minimum of 20 feet in width of unobstructed, <br /> all-season driving surface with a minimum clear height of 13'6". Fire Lanes will be <br /> posted and maintained as required by the Fire Department. <br /> 10. Provide a turnaround that is acceptable the Fire Department.
