-. _. _ <br /> � b. Prior to issuance of any permits, landscaping plans must be reviewed and approved � <br /> by the Planning Department per Section 35.100 of the Zoning Code. The <br /> landscaping plan must show location and dimensions of required vegetated swales, <br /> wetponds, detention ponds, rockeries and retaining walis, and grading at 2 foot <br /> intervals. Irrigation systems must be provided in all landscaped areas per Section <br /> 35.130 of the Zoning Code. A 2 year maintenance assurance device must be <br /> provided for the landscaping per Section 35.130B of the Zoning Code. <br /> 9, The Uniform Fire Code requires that all new structures shall provide Fire Department <br /> access roads to witl�in I50 feet of all portions of the ground floor. Fire Department <br /> access roads (Fire Lanes) shall provide a minimum of 20 feet in width of unobstructed, <br /> all-season driving surface with a minimum clear height of 13'6". Fire Lanes will be <br /> posted and maintained as required by the Fire Department. <br /> 10. Provide a turnaround that is acceptable the Fire Department. This may include an 80' <br /> Tee at the end of the access road with a 42' radius. <br /> I L A fire hydrant is required within 200 driving feet, but not closer than 50 feet, of every <br /> structure. The location of the hydrant must be approved by the Fire Marshal. <br /> 12. A portable fire extinguisher with a minimum UL rating of 2-A:10-B:C must be <br /> provided within 75 feet travel d�stance on each Eloor of all portions of each building <br /> during construction and prior to occupancy. <br /> 13. The premises must be clearly identified by address at the street entry. Each building <br /> must be clearly identified so as to be visible and Iegible from the access road. <br /> 14. Fire hydrants, premise identification, and access roads must be in service prior to <br /> commencem�nt of construction. <br /> I5. Dumpsters over 1.5 cubic yards capacity must be located a minimum of 5 feet from the <br /> building (UFC I I.302(b), 1991 Edition). Placement and screening of refuse disposal <br /> areas must be provided per Section 39.080 of the Zoning Code. <br /> 16. Stays are limiied to a maximum of 48 hours. <br /> 17.
