This letter is to <br /> reit�rate those steps and will reference Chapter 4.1, Recreation Camping Facility <br /> Standards, of the Snohomish Health Dicrrict anitary ode. A copy of this <br /> chapter was sent to you m late March of this year. � <br /> The park was inspected on A��ril 6, 1998, and it was noted at that time it <br /> consisted of 15 RV sites which are each supplied with public water and a sewer <br /> connectioo. There is a restroom building, still under construction, which <br /> contains two toiiets, two sinks, and two showers. These facilities are not separate <br /> for the sexes and serve the entire park. In addition, 4 RVs have been located o n " <br /> the east side of the office building. These units appear ro be occupied, but are ; <br /> not connected to either water or sewer. � <br /> Enclosed is an application for the operator's permit and a current fee schedule. � <br /> Please complete and return the application, with the appropriate fee, within � <br /> fifteen (15) days of the date of this letter. Please include the following <br /> information: <br /> 1 ) Copies of approval letters from the City of Everett Planning Department for � <br /> the RV park and the Certificate of Occupancy for the park a n d <br /> restroom/office building. <br /> 2) Section a.1.5 (d.) requires a vacuum breaker for each water riser o r <br /> connector. Show that this has been completed, or provide a compliance <br /> date. <br /> 3 ) Section 4.1.6 (a.) requires separate restroom facilities for the sexes.
