Based on our attorney's input this ir,a stand alone application and will be completely <br /> independent of any other proposed development(See attached letters of November 7, <br /> and November 9, 2001). ' <br /> 2. The mobile home must be placed on a permanent foundation (meet manufacturers <br /> specifications) and must meet all Uniform Building Code tequirements. <br /> 3. The subject property is cur.�ently occupied by a single family residence and it is our <br /> understanding that you w:sh to place a mobile home on che same piece of property <br /> without subdividing the property. As a result,this development must comply with the <br /> Multiple Family Development Standards contained irt Section 19.15 of the Everett <br /> Municipal Code. A.covenant must be recorded against the property stating that the <br /> mobile home or single family house will not be sold separately unless the property is <br /> legally subdivided. <br /> 4.
