In order for us to review your application,specific <br /> infortnation must be shown on the site plan. This infortnation will vary,depending upon the type of <br /> land use proposal. <br /> The site plan checklist below has been divided into headings describing the type of land use <br /> proposal. Review these headings,and include all appllca6le intormation uuder ali headings <br /> that apply to your project. (For example, if your project includes development of a multiple <br /> family project with environmentally scnsitive areas, the site plan should include the information <br /> listed under Sections A, B1, B3, and C,as applicable.) <br /> 1'he application packet for your specific proposal may require additional information that must be <br /> provided on the site plan or on supplemental elevations, or plans. <br /> Site Plans for Pre-application Meetiogs. [f you are preparin�a site plan for a pre-application <br /> meeting, include as much of the listed information that you have available. Indicate clearly any structures which are proposed for demolition. <br /> � Setback dimensions for existing buildings and other structures. <br /> ❑ Location of existing driveway access tu the site, on-site driving aisles, off-street parking location <br /> and parking layout. <br /> /d <br />
