In order for us to review your application,specific infortnation must be shown on the site plan. This infortnation will vary,depending upon the type of land use proposal. The site plan checklist below has been divided into headings describing the type of land use proposal. Review these headings,and include all appllca6le intormation uuder ali headings that apply to your project. (For example, if your project includes development of a multiple family project with environmentally scnsitive areas, the site plan should include the information listed under Sections A, B1, B3, and C,as applicable.) 1'he application packet for your specific proposal may require additional information that must be provided on the site plan or on supplemental elevations, or plans.
