First, Gerry Ervin has iat stated that the Ciry will not process Mr. Owa's new <br /> application until the appeals regarding the RV Park are resolved. Mr. Ervin called me w tell <br /> me about Mr. Owa's latest application, and the Ciry's response was to ask me to send you the <br /> letter of November 7, 2001. In that letter, I asked you for ciarification and rtare infom►ation <br /> regarding the applicatioa <br /> Your letter dces not provide the requested infom�ation. Therefore, the Ciry will assume that <br /> because the RV expansion application has been denied, the latest application is a stand-alone <br /> applicaaon, and will be completely independent of any other proposed development. I will <br /> inform the City to proceed'to process the application on this basis.
