You are <br /> proposing to use the building for your personal office, storage, and workshop. Accessory <br /> buildings are regulated by Zoning Code in Section 19.7.020 EMC, which has been <br /> attached for your information. This language limits the total square footage of accessory <br /> buildings on a parcel to 1,000 square feet in area (Subsection B), unless otherwise <br /> approved by the Hearing Examiner using Review Process IIIA as detailed in Subsection <br /> K of the Code. The Hearing Examiner application form has also been attached for your <br /> consideration. <br /> An option you may wish to consider would be to satisfy maximum square footage <br /> requirement (1000 square feet)by removing a portion of your accessory b�ilding(s). <br /> Ple�se note the following: <br /> 1. At this time this application is incomplete. It will not be reviewed by the Plannino <br /> Department until either a Review Process IIIA application is completed and <br /> processed through the Hearing Examiner's public hearing procedure, or your current <br /> building permit application is modified to meet the 1000 square foot maximum for all <br /> accessory structures on site. <br /> 2.
