We will need a detailed site plan,to scale as well as attachment details and structural details for the sign. We will eventually be microfilming these plans so they need to be large en�ugh to be able to read the detail. Since the contractor is unknown,the owner can be listed as contractor but if you are the tenant of the property,we will need a signed letter from the owner stating that you,as the tenant, are allowed to do this work. I know the work was done preyiously but since it was never permitted,we need to complete the normal process as though it is a new sign. Price is unknown as sign was installed 16 years ago by another owner of the property. 4.There is no description of work. No work was done. 5. I can mail you another copy of the sign so you have tN�^ copies? 6. I have attached a detailed building plan (provided by tlie planning department). If necessary, I can mail you anotl�er copy of plans(so you have two copies). Please let me know if any further information is required, as I look forward to closing this issue. 1
