Newspaper Notice (Public Notice or Legal Section) G & M Investments, 510 Rainier Avenue South, Seattle, WA 98144, is seeking coverage under the Washington Department of Ecology's NPDES General Permit for StOrmwater Discharges Associated with Construction Activities. The proposed 13 acre project, known as Camelot Apartments, is .located on the west side of Evergreen Way (SR 99) between 108th Street SW and 112th Strad SW in Everett, Washington. Approximately 10 and 1/3 acres will be disturbed for construction of 289 apartment units with associated recreation carter, stonmwater facilities, roads, utilities, sidewalks, and parking. Stormwater will be collected in an on -site detention system and two -cell water quality wet pond, prior to discharge into wetlands tributary to Lake Stickney and Swamp Creek. The wetlands will be protected by established buffers. A pre -developed discharge rate of stormwater will flow to the wellands.
