2. The applicant shall contact the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers <br /> to determine whether a permit will be required for the wetland <br /> fill. No stormwater facilities, including detention facilities or <br /> vegetated swales, may be located inside wetland or stream <br /> buffer areas. (SEPA Water Policies) <br /> 4. Development of the site m�est not adversely affect the <br /> hydrology of the site's wetlands. The quantity and rate of <br /> water enterinq the wetlands must be determined for current <br /> conditions. For under-developed conditions, a similar rate <br /> and quantity of roof drainaqe or treated runoff must continue <br /> to be dischargQd to the wetland(s) . Prior to application for <br /> building permits and plan review by the Public works <br /> Department, a characterization of the hydrology of the <br /> wetland(B) on or adjacent to this project that may be affected <br /> by the development of this site must be submitted to and <br /> approved by the Planning Department. (SEPA Water Policies) <br /> 5. Portions of wetponds and/or other drainage facilities may not <br /> be located within final required environmentally sensitive <br /> area buffers. If encroachment into buffers must occur for <br /> these facilities, then mitiqation for the encroachment or <br /> buffer averaginq must take place. Thare must be no <br /> restriction in the future as to how these facilities are <br /> maintained, as there could be if they were part of a required <br /> wetland buffer. (SEPA Water Policies) <br /> The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not <br /> have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. <br /> An Environmental Impact Statement is not required under RCW <br /> 43.21C.030(2) (c) . This determination assumes compliance with <br /> State law a�id City ordinances related to general environmental <br /> protection includinq but not limited to right-of-way improvement <br /> requirements, drainage, etc. This decision was made after review <br /> of a completed environmental checklist and other information on <br /> fila with the lead agency. This information is available to the � <br /> public on request. This Mitigated Determination of Non- <br /> Significance is specifically conditionad on compliance with the <br /> conditions attached hereto which are incorporated by raference as <br /> if fully set forth C�ereir.�. <br />
