A Hydraulics Project Approvai (HPA)from the State Department of Fisheries or Wiidiife <br /> may be required for this project due to its location within the Swamp Creek drainage <br /> basin. A copy of the HPA or a letter from the Department of Fiaheries or Wildlife stating <br /> that an HPA is not needed should be included along with the plans for Public Works <br /> review. Note: More stringent detention and water treatment requiroments than the City <br /> would impose may be placed on the project as a condfion of the HPA. <br /> 2. The proposal is in the Mukilteo Water DistricYs jurisdiction.
