The c:vil drawings will be reissued separately. <br /> SITE CHANGES <br /> I have not individually clouded all the changes to the site plan because of the substantial <br /> changes to this drawing. Most of the changes are the result of,comersations with Wayne <br /> Wentz. These changes involve the parking lot and Right of Way improvements and <br /> connections. A fence with 3 trellises was adde8 due to comments from Davo Tyler <br /> regarding SEPA input which required a moro architecturally pleasing facade at the south <br /> elevation of Buildings D and E. The owner requcaced �c.��erel changes which involved <br /> modifications to the parking and walks east of Buil�]ings B and C and west of Building D. <br /> The r�vised parking lot count and landscape calculations are siwwn under Code Data on <br /> Sheet A0. A Topographic Map has been added to the set of drawings. <br /> DAVE TYLER COMMEN YS: <br /> As previously mentioned, changes to the site plan resulted due to SEPA input. A trellis <br /> detail, 13/AO was also added which is to be constructed as part of the fence south of <br /> Buildings D and E. To avoid the ' tallation of fire sprinWer systems per City Ordinance 1902-92 in <br /> ���'� buildings� � & E, the gross building Ara of each building must be no more <br /> than 12,000 squ re feet and the area on either side of the area sepantion walis must <br /> be no more than 6,000 squnre feet. These arcas must include the area under the <br /> roof underhangs. See Section 207 for the definition of flcor area. <br />
