Brush was removed from tho property and <br />the front parking area was cleaned of garbage and other mise, debris. <br />The inside of the home Was set-Ubbed using an antimicrobial agent. The kitchen cabinetry, appliances, bathroom sink and toilet <br />were not salvageable and were removed from the home. The bath tub is also not salvageable as the enamel is worn through in <br />places and is severely stained. It is our recommendation that the tub be removed and replaced. There will need to be same <br />remodeling in the area of the tub to accommodate a modern. sized standard tub unless one of the same size can be located. Due <br />to safety concerns associated with an opening in the floor around the tub being left upon .removal the tub was left in place. <br />There is still an odor persisting in the home.
