Whereas sex-related crime rates in the Control Areas varied <br />From a low of 19,7 in 1978 to a high of 33.4 in 1979, the <br />Study Areas increased from a law of 22.3 in 1978 to its peak <br />of 60.9 in 1981. <br />The average sex-related crime rate in the Control Area was <br />26.2 over the five year period.
