SUMMARY OF FINDINGS <br />There appears cc be a strong correlation between crime frequency <br />and the residential character of neighborhoods, i.e., the mare <br />residential the nature of the neighborhood, the greater is the <br />instance of crime in Chat neighborhood. Crime frequencies were, <br />fact, fi fty-six percent higher in residential areas than dis- <br />trict commercial areas. <br />The above correlation <br />related is even more acute when considering sex - <br />crimes.
