Also required to be removed from the inside of the property was garbage, rubbish, and <br />litter at least 12 inches deep which obscured the floor. On March 20, 2005 the City of Everett <br />Hearing Examiner issued an order for the City to undertake and complete the abatement. As the <br />owner of this property, you are responsible to pay the City for the cost of this abatement, which <br />is $16,026.74. <br />The total amount of abatement costs is $16,026.74, which payment shall be made to the City of <br />Everett, Treasurer's Office, at 2930 Wetmore Suite 100, Everett Washington, 98201. We ask for <br />your immediate attention to this obligation. If payment in full is not made by June 8, 2005 <br />collection action will be taken in the form of assessing a lien against your property. If you have <br />any question, please contact our office as soon as possible.
