These restrictions may be waived based on findings that the proposed use will have no negative impacts. No more than one adult use may be located on any lot. The Islip ordinance also contained amortization provisions for uses which became non -conforming. Chicago, Illinois Chicago also follows the Detroit dispersal model for regulating the location of adult entertainment establishments.
