Read the following <br />information about a hypothetical neighborhood and respond to a few <br />questions in terms of your professional experience and judgement. <br />A middle-income, single-family residential neighborhood borders a main <br />street that contains various commercial activities that serve the <br />neighborhood. There is a building that recently has become vacant and <br />will open shortly as an adult bookstore. There are no other adult <br />bookstores or similar activities in th- area.
